Rates

We are sorry - Norfolk House will close as a guest house from June 30, 2010. Please contact us if you are interested in the property which is now for long term residential rental, fully furnished. Full details of the property are included on this website.

 

We do not rent you an individual room, we rent you the whole property so you can be assured that your stay at Norfolk House will be private, and exactly what you want it to be.

Our rates depend on your requirements, but in all situations Norfolk House offers very good value for the full use of our first class facilities.

We can arrange full catering and service facilities to suit your requirements, and arrange transfers from Dunedin Airport to Norfolk House.

Rates effective April 2010

For two people, exclusive use of Norfolk House, all facilities and car	$480 incl GST per night
For four people, exclusive use of Norfolk House, all facilities and car	$595 incl GST per night
For up to twelve people, exclusive use of Norfolk House, all facilities and car	$725 incl GST per night

   
Minimum stay of two nights applies to all rates

Includes self serve Continental Breakfast, Tea, Coffee, Fruit etc. You have full access to our kitchen facilities for self-catering if you prefer. Includes broadband internet access.

Long term rates available by negotiation.

Catering	By arrangement depending on your needs
Weddings, meetings, gathering	Functions of up to 12 people - venue hire included with stays of two days or more. Functions of more than 12 people - an additional venue hire of $1000 incl GST will apply.
