About Us

Norfolk House was purchased by the existing owners in December 2007 and converted from a private home to a serviced guest house over the next six months. This conversion included adding additional bathroom facilities and refurnishing the house with contemporary and antique furniture to recreate the feel of one of Dunedin’s finest homes.

Already in 2008 Norfolk House has played host to many discerning guests including Hollywood, renowned sporting figures and top business identities. But we have also been proud to host family reunions, an 80th birthday celebration and many other happy family occassions.

Manager Michelle Simms  takes great pride in setting the scene at Norfolk House for any occasion, and guests are always assured of an experience to remember.
